A carpenter’s house is never finished… until the “For Sale” sign goes up.

Originally we just wanted to spruce up our first home purchase to fit our taste. After (very) slowly chipping away at individual rooms, we were now a family of 6 and out growing the space. The Schmidt House Renovation kicked into full gear. This included painting the entire house, creating a closet in a bedroom, and replacing trims in half the house.
